[Beijing plans to include individual "sub-landlords" who sublet 10 or more housing units in industry regulation] To further standardize housing rental practices and protect the legitimate rights and interests of rental parties, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, together with relevant departments such as the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, has drafted the "Notice on Standardizing Individual Housing Subletting Activities (Draft for Public Consultation)" in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Beijing Housing Rental Regulations."
